Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service
Main location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Training will be two weeks in Mesa, AZ 85204)
Contract timeline: 3 – 6 months contracted (potential to convert based on need)
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Greeting incoming patients, checking patients in and out for appointments.
Scheduling services; appointments, transportation.
Completing insurance verifications and authorizations.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the coordination of services and appointments.
Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and services.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a medical front office environment.
Experience in working with SMI populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software related to customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
