Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181
Work Type: Hybrid

Work Shift: Core work hours 9:00am - 3:30pm, M - F (40 Hours a week)

Contract Duration: 12 month contract with possibility of extension

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8-15 years of experience to join our team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. This role is essential for managing utility construction projects, supporting new business initiatives, and driving project success through strategic leadership and client-focused collaboration. This is a client-facing position, requiring exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Utility) or a Technical Degree (non-IT).

  • Utility Construction experience and ability to read schematics.

  • Knowledge of EPC and GMP contracting strategies.

  • Proven experience working with customers and supporting new business opportunities.

  • PMP Certification (Preferred)

Work Schedule:

  • Location: Fully onsite at Lincoln Center 3 for the first few months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 50% on-site at job sites and 50% in-office.

  • Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM with flexible start and end times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality and timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.

  • Manage project budgets and maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

  • Support and implement best practices for project management processes.

  • Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.

Pay Details: $89.00 to $91.00 per hour
