Reputable mid-sized defense firm has an immediate opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic tea. As a key player in our complex litigation practice, this Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support to attorneys, manage eDiscovery workflows, and contribute to the successful outcome of high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities:


eDiscovery:

  • Manage the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Utilize industry-leading eDiscovery platforms to efficiently review and analyze large volumes of electronic data.
  • Conduct advanced searches, identify relevant documents, and create targeted productions.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to develop and implement effective eDiscovery strategies.

Litigation Support:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case intake to trial.
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Manage document production and privilege reviews.
  • Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination.

Case Management:

  • Maintain detailed case files, including electronic and paper documents.
  • Track deadlines, calendar important dates, and generate timely reminders.
  • Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to ensure timely responses and document exchanges.

• Excellent Communication skills
