SVS Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work for an amazing company.

New hires would be required to work weekends and would have two weekdays off together. (typically, Tuesday/ Wednesday or Thursday/ Friday)

We’re open 7 days a week, 6 am -6:00 pm M-F and 8:00-4:30 on Sat/Sun.

Position Summary: Respond to inbound sales inquiries; place outbound calls to web generated leads. Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers regarding service, billing, or any facet of account.

This is a full-time position with weekends required.

Job Duties:

Ø Respond to leads with a goal of closing sales for Client

Ø Manage several incoming phone lines and address customer needs as required

Ø Take ownership for saving customers from cancellation, using defined retention tools

Ø Place orders

Ø Maintain database of customer leads and customers

Ø Maintain a process for timely follow up and management of pending leads

Ø Provide excellent customer service

Ø Identify solutions to daily problems

Ø All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ø 1-2 years heavy telephone answering skills required.

Ø 1-2 years central station/call center experience preferred, viewing and evaluating customer logs, scheduling service calls.

Ø 1-2 years inside or outside sales preferred

Ø High School diploma or equivalent required

Ø College degree preferred

Ø Excellent communication skills required

Ø Excellent customer service skills required

Ø Good computer data entry and retrieval skills required

Ø Excellent follow through and problem-solving skills required

Ø Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Shift:
