We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be tasked with providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Please note this role is 100% onsite.


Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Utilizing softphones to efficiently handle customer communication

• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency

• Organizing, updating, and maintaining office records and databases

• Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary

• Supporting the seamless transition of books from Tulsa to OKC

• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

• Proficiency in using Softphones for communication
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Detail oriented appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, copier, and phone system.
