Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional for the 2024-2025 school year to support elementary-aged students in Channahon, IL. This position offers a competitive pay rate and is ideal for candidates with experience working in educational settings. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers to assist with classroom activities, provide one-on-one or small group support, and help facilitate students' learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Ability to work with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work as part of a team
• High School Diploma required, additional coursework in education or special education is a plus

Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
• Caseload: Elementary students
• Hours: 7:35 AM - 3:05 PM (35 hours per week)
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
