Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Description
This position is responsible for managing a large volume of inbound / outbound calls in a timely manner and providing accurate information to patients or customers. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY*********
- Utilize healthcare information systems to research issues for customers regarding their prescription benefits
- Quickly and efficiently identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
- Build positive relationships by listening and showing empathy, going above and beyond with customer service to ensure that all questions are handled appropriately
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics
- Understand and adhere to all rules of conduct.
Professionally handle incoming calls and ensure that inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
Manage large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
Efficiently research and document call reason and resolution.

** schedule consist of M, Tues, Thurs , Fri, Sat shifts 8-4:30 CST (wed and Sun off) OR Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun 8-4:30 ( Mon & Sat off)
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Strong detail orientation and active listening skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
