About Us:
Soliant Education is mitted to providing exceptional educational support and services to students with special needs. We are currently seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with Pre-K students across multiple buildings and classrooms in the Everett, MA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual treatment plans and goals for each Pre-K student based on their needs and determination of services.
  • Provide training to teachers and directors to reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom.
  • Offer consultation to classroom teachers and parents on behavior modifications and acmodations.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to identify concerns and provide remendations for effective strategies to support their child outside of services.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to enhance services and support for students.
  • Serve as a member of a team to develop individual behavior programs tailored to each student.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with young children, particularly in a school setting, preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and caregivers.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and best practices in an educational environment.
  • Valid state licensure, if applicable.
