What You’ll Do:
Be the voice of the company:
- Handle 300-400 daily calls with professionalism, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments. Most calls last 30-60 seconds, making efficiency key.
Assist with priority processing tasks:
- Handle address changes, beneficiary updates, and more during call downtime.
Support customer service workflows:
- Process member requests using transaction software.
- Assist with financial transactions to build foundational knowledge for future responsibilities.
Administrative support:
- Data entry and file management.
- Research member files and proofread correspondence.
- Follow SOPs for sending paperwork and processing updates.
