Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert technical support and customer service to staff members, both remotely and in-person
• Resolve complex IT issues efficiently, utilizing robust technical expertise
• Administer Active Directory services for managing user accounts and access
• Exhibit proficiency in mobile device management, including Android and Apple iOS troubleshooting
• Handle the deployment and management of enterprise mobile applications, configuring devices according to end-user requirements
• Oversee IT inventory management, including the procurement, ordering, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment
• Maintain accurate records and databases for tracking mobile device equipment and technology assets
• Manage the shipping, receiving, and deployment of technology equipment across various offices
• Coordinate the disposal of e-waste in accordance with environmental guidelines
• Participate in IT projects as needed, adhering to company guidelines and standards

Working knowledge of
• Service Now or Jira
• MS O365 and Azure administration
• Active Directory Services
Mobile device management & deployment
• Technical expertise in mobile devices
• A minimum of 4 years working experience in troubleshooting, and deployment of enterprise mobile applications and implement user-appropriate configurations.
• Experience in Android OS, and the GMS certification process
• Experience in Apple IOS trouble shooting
Asset Management
• In-depth experience with inventory management (including ordering and deployment)
Vendor Management: The Candidate will be responsible for administrative duties within the IT inventory management functions. The position tracks equipment through procurement, deployment, return, and disposal. The Candidate will maintain records and databases containing information for mobile device equipment. The Candidate processes purchase orders for inventory stock replenishment. Coordinate the shipping and receiving of technology equipment to corporate and field offices, coordinate disposal of e-waste, etc. The Candidate will work on projects as needed and follow guidelines and policies set by the company.
