Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay Range: VERY competitive rates (Three Pay Levels Available, up to $40 per hour)
Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm & 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am - 1 weekend shift generally required

What's the Job?
  • Manufacturing equipment repair
  • Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
  • Mechanical diagnostics and repair
  • Wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.
  • Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational.
  • Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
  • Record and document maintenance performed.

What's Needed?
  • Manufacturing equipment repair experience - ideally 3-5 years – those with less experience, a strong desire to learn and who are team players are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
  • Mechanical diagnostics and repair experience.
  • Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.
