Start Date: September 3, 2024
End Date: January 16, 2025 (semester) or May 23, 2025 (year-long)
Hours Per Week: 35 - 40
Caseload Age: Grades K-12
Caseload Size: Small (up to 10)
Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate At-Risk/Interventionist to join our team in Patch Grove, WI. This is a contract job position focusing on providing specialized support and intervention for students who need additional assistance to succeed academically and socially. The ideal candidate will work with small groups of students across various grade levels (K-12) and will be instrumental in creating tailored strategies to meet individual needs.
Qualifications:
- A valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher License
- Counseling License, Social Worker License, or any other relevant Wisconsin license could be used.
- Experience working with at-risk populations or in an interventionist role is preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support and intervention to students in small group settings.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development and achievement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and interventions.
