Job Description: Our client specializes in manufacturing steel containers and bins for various sectors, including waste management, construction, recycling, and energy. Most of these are roll-back bins designed for easy loading and unloading from trucks. We are looking for welders who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, the pay rate will be based on your experience level.

As a welder, you will work on a production line to meet daily targets. Your primary responsibilities will include welding and fabricating, with a focus on production welding. Depending on your assigned line, you will be expected to produce 15-18 bins per day. This involves welding walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates for each bin. All welding tasks will be performed using MIG welding techniques. Please note that the facility is not climate-controlled.

Work Environment: The company produces various bins and dumpsters for commercial use, including those for semi-truck rollbacks. They have experienced consistent growth over the past few years and are planning a significant expansion of their facility, potentially adding 900,000 sq ft to their existing property.
