Director of Software Programming

Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing technical and software programming staff.
Experience with Linux and Java environments is a plus.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the programming and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development and system administration.
Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements to drive innovation within the team.
