About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work with students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
  • Stay current with the latest practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and their families.
