ProCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide essential services during a parental leave from March 2025 to June 2025. In this role, you will work closely with students, assisting them in developing motor and functional skills to enhance their academic success.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective treatment strategies
- Assist students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and report findings to staff and parents
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work full-time during the specified dates
