Growing outsourced Accounting Firm in the DC area, looking for a Fractional CFO to lead our Non-Profit Team

CFO Benefits:

CFO Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience at a CPA firm or in public accounting
  • Expert knowledge of Non-profit entities
  • Experience managing multiple clients
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

CFO Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all finance processes, including internal controls, accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, and other regularly recurring financial operations for multiple non-profit clients.
  • Manage a team of employees and direct client engagement as needed
  • Submit and analyze monthly financial reports for your portfolio of clients.
  • Build client relationships and share insights through timely communication.
  • Prepare or review all tax returns and estimates.
