Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Omaha, NE. This position requires strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software, offering an excellent opportunity to provide quality care within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
- Develop and manage personalized care plans based on patient needs
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and self-care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Nebraska
- Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
- 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
- Locals and travelers both accepted
