We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the service industry, specifically located in Pasadena, Texas. This role primarily involves supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing operations within our organization.


Responsibilities:


• Handle data entry tasks and effectively manage information flow.

• Manage the processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and NetSuite for various financial tasks and reporting.

• Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Support the purchasing department in day-to-day operations.

• Handle billing tasks, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and resolving any billing issues.

• Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports.

• Employ QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.

• Actively participate in financial audit processes.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis tasks.
• Experience in Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Prior experience in Billing and Invoice Processing.
• Strong Data Entry skills for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
• Experience in using NetSuite for business management and financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate business services and streamline processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
