Payroll Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process multi-state payroll for our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling payroll across various states, be proficient in ADP WorkForce Now.
Key Responsibilities:
Process multi-state payroll for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Utilize ADP software to manage payroll operations efficiently.
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll data.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and tax documents as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing multi-state payroll.
Proficiency in ADP software.
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations across different states.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
