Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position will be based nearMarshall, VA, and will serve K-12 students within a dynamic school environment. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments for K-12 students and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide a cohesive, supportive environment for students.
  • Train and supervise staff and parents on the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input related to behavior goals and services.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure effective program delivery.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
