- Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics related to products and services.
- Understand current product offerings and legacy products requiring ongoing servicing.
- Stay updated on changes and enhancements to products through daily communication updates.
- Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, death benefits, lifetime income, capital preservation, and other plan/contract benefits.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, internal policies, and state and local laws.
- Identify underlying questions to offer proactive expertise and uncover unstated needs.
- Analyze and resolve problems with a focus on first-contact resolution, collaborating with internal partners when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support deeper relationships. Use documented insights to improve service.
- Integrate lean methodology through problem-solving sessions and team huddles.
- Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to develop career strategies and set performance goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
