Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm

Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract – Potential for extension based on business needs

Location: Tualatin, OR

Start Date: 1/13/2025

Job Description:

We are seeking a warm and friendly Patient Access Representative/Front Desk to join our team at a lab testing facility that partners with local hospitals. Our facility provides essential laboratory services for diagnosis and healthcare decisions, including clinical trial testing, drug testing, and health tests.

In this role, you will assist patients upon arrival, helping them register at the kiosks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, preferably in a healthcare setting, along with strong communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly as they enter the facility, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Ensure the entrance and reception areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide information about the facility's services, hours of operation, and any other relevant details.

  • Clinical Trial Testing: We offer clinical trial testing and specimen management.
  • Drug Testing: We provide drug testing using samples such as urine, blood, hair, and saliva.
  • Health Tests: Our health tests measure blood sugar, calcium, electrolytes, blood count, and liver and kidney function.
