As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of customer accounts, and resolving any discrepancies. Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer accounts and incoming payments in line with financial policies and procedures.

• Verifying and posting receipts to secure revenue.

• Classifying, entering, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data as part of daily financial transactions.

• Preparing and sending out bills, invoices, and bank deposits.

• Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to guarantee all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.

• Resolving client billing issues by verifying discrepancies.

• Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

• Generating financial statements and reports to detail accounts receivable status.

• Conducting inbound and outbound collection communications and maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and managing email correspondence as part of the collections process.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
• Capability to perform Billing Functions
• Understanding of Collection Processes
• Proficiency in Collections
• Experience with B2B collections
• Competence in Collections Management
• Knowledge of Credit - Collections
• Ability to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Strong skills in Email Correspondence
