Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is excited to announce a full-timeOccupational Therapist (OT)opportunity inTownsend, Delaware. In this role, you will provide essential therapy services toelementary and high school students, helping them improve motor coordination, sensory processing, and cognitive skills to support their academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Delivery:Provide individualized and group therapy toelementary and high school students, focusing on motor coordination, sensory processing, and functional life skills.
  • Plan Development:Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each studentsIEP, setting clear goals and monitoring progress.
  • Collaboration:Work closely withteachers,families, and amultidisciplinary teamto integrate therapy into classroom routines and ensure students' needs are met across various school environments.
  • Assessment & Reporting:Track and document student progress, make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, and communicate outcomes toparentsandschool staff.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degreein Occupational Therapy
  • Active Delaware OT License(required)
  • Previous experience working withelementary and high school studentsis preferred but not required

  • Ability to manage a full caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
