Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the financial services industry, based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, United States. Your key role will be to manage paperwork for new client onboarding, handle forms for rollovers, and create DocuSigns, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and streamline new client onboarding process
• Handle and process rollover forms efficiently
• Create and manage DocuSigns as required
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth running of the operation
• Utilize Schwab software for various administrative tasks
• Uphold detail oriented communication standards at all times
• Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments as necessary
• Contribute to wealth management processes and tasks.• Proven experience in Customer Service is a must
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence efficiently
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for daily communications
• Competence in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Solid experience in document creation using Microsoft Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments is required
• Knowledge of Wealth Management is a plus
