We seek an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and providing support to our entire organization. Our Office Coordinator Has:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment is a plus
Our Office Coordinator Will:
- Successfully recruit and onboard at least 5 high-quality employees per year, ensuring 100% onboarding completion within 30 days
- Maintain employee satisfaction scores above 85% and resolve issues or grievances within 48 hours
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, keep records error-free, and maintain licenses and insurance with no lapses
- Facilitate monthly employee training sessions and help 90% of employees meet their annual training goals
- Provide administrative support with a 24-hour response time for internal requests
- Develop and implement the process for annual performance reviews
- Serve as the primary contact for outsourced HR management (ABOS), 401(k), and health insurance, and handle routine HR inquiries
- Coordinate with Advisors Excel to maintain IT systems and ensure quick resolution of IT issues
