We are seeking an ERP/CRM Consultant in Golden, Colorado, United States, to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead or assist in the implementation of UKG projects. This includes, but is not limited to, customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing ongoing support to end-users.


Responsibilities:


• Manage and lead UKG implementation projects ensuring accuracy in scoping, configuration, and deployment.

• Customize UKG modules, such as time and attendance, payroll, scheduling, to fit the specific needs of the business.

• Actively engage with stakeholders, gathering and documenting necessary requirements.

• Offer strategic recommendations to optimize the use of UKG tools for maximum ROI.

• Deliver continuous support and troubleshooting assistance for end-users.

• Work in conjunction with UKG support to address and resolve any technical issues.

• Utilize skills in Client-Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready.

• This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Proficient in Client Side Scripting to enhance user interactions
• Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies to ensure efficient system implementation
• Expertise in CRM for effective customer relationship management
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and software for daily operation
• Experience in AB Testing to optimize system performance
• Skilled in API Development for seamless system integration
• Understanding of Business Process Functions for effective ERP/CRM management
• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Document for clear communication of requirements
• Knowledge of Configuration Management for effective system setup and maintenance
• Experience with UKG Pro for human capital management
• Familiarity with UKG Ready for efficient workforce management
