ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Jefferson, MA, to find a dedicated full-time Behavior Technician for the upcoming school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact students' lives by providing behavioral support. While prior experience in managing student behavior is preferred, its not required.

Position Details
  • Start Date: Immediate, through May 23, 2025
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5 hours/week
  • Caseload: K-12th Grade Students
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to students across a variety of settings.
  • Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement and track behavior intervention plans.
  • Assist students in developing functional academic and life skills.
  • Address students communication and social-emotional needs to support their overall development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the school.
