Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We’re hiring a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and personal properties. This is your chance to make an impact while working closely with ownership and senior leadership in a dynamic and rewarding role.


About the Role

As the Property Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and drive the financial success of our properties. This role combines hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property operations, including maintenance, vendor relationships, and improvement projects.
  • Provide high-level oversight of residential property management and team performance.
  • Develop budgets, negotiate leases, and manage financial plans to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct onsite assessments and represent ownership in legal proceedings.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies and collaborate on special projects.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

- PTO: 2 weeks of PTO to start

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial property management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and financial planning skills.
  • Knowledge of legal processes related to property management.
  • Availability for on-call rotation and occasional onsite responsibilities.
