Summary: Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in custom applications development, configuration, and Agile framework support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience.

  • Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).

  • Proficiency in HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS.

  • Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

  • Familiarity with organizational change management.

  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts and ITIL.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.

  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications using declarative app engine on ServiceNow platform.

  • Provide expert configuration through systems development lifecycle.

  • Conduct unit testing of implementations.

  • Support Agile framework development processes.

  • Engage in requirements discussions with stakeholders and third-party contributors.

  • Offer subject matter expertise for enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

 

 Pay: 60-63

Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
