About the RolePay Rate: 32.35 per hour
Schedule: Full-time; Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office), 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Senior Account Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our procurement strategy, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer service for Pratt & Whitney engine programs. This role offers significant growth potential, serving as a launching pad for high-performing individuals eager to make their mark in aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time delivery and expedite materials to support Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving key business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success across programs.
Become the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Pratt & Whitney procurement processes, including:
Terminations, SAP connectivity, and the Procurement Manual.
Tooling, RV/SA creation, compliance, and aged inventory closure.
Develop and share organizational intelligence to empower the team and build strong internal networks.
Train new and existing team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and growth.
Present regularly to senior leadership, showcasing progress and insights.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR
In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident (“Green Card” holder).
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace industry experience.
Expertise in developing standardized processes.
Proficiency with SAP systems.

Pay Details: 32.35 per hour
