Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on both robotic and manual welding tasks, focusing on fabrication and quality over quantity. Candidates should be self-sufficient in managing parts and prints without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Operate robotic welder when required.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts.
• Ensure high-quality welding standards are met.
• Work independently to manage welding projects from start to finish.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in MIG welding.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Minimum of 4 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in TIG welding is a plus but not required.
• Strong grinding skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
