Job Details

~ A DAY IN YOUR ROLE ~

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily operations and ensure project quality and safety
Oversee the daily operation of assigned construction projects
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and participate in safety training programs
Prepare and manage project schedules and timelines
Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and contractors
Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals
Chair or attend contractor meetings to coordinate project progress
Ensure quality control standards are met and maintain project documentation
Order materials, coordinate supply allotments, and manage resources
Complete punch lists promptly and oversee start-up testing and project turnover

~ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM ~

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
Experience with hospital and medical construction (OSHPD)
Proficiency in scheduling, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills
