Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding on 1/4in - 1in plate, primarily working with mild steel and occasionally stainless steel. The role involves producing large customized tanks, including pressure vessels, sprinkler tanks, and sump basins. You will be required to climb into tanks to weld from the inside when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on 1/4in - 1in plate.
  • Work primarily with mild steel (90%) and stainless steel (10%).
  • Climb into tanks to weld from the inside as needed.
  • Produce large customized tanks such as pressure vessels, sprinkler tanks, and sump basins.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and assembly.
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of experience performing short run welding.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.
  • Experience with plate welding.
  • Welding Degree.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn and help out in other areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with MIG and pulse MIG welding techniques.
