We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time maternity leave basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions in various settings, such as schools, hospitals, or private practices.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
