We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role is in the construction industry, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining precise account records, handling customer inquiries, and processing credit applications.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Effectively use accounting software systems for account management

• Handle account coding tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Use ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions

• Proficiently use Concur for expense management

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks efficiently

• Apply accrual accounting principles in financial tasks

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance

• Use Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic payments and collections.

• Proficiency in Account Coding
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Concur
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
• Experience in Auditing
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH)
