Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of multiple machines, making necessary adjustments, and preparing molds for production. This role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Operate three machines simultaneously to ensure continuous production
- Make adjustments and set up machines as needed
- Prepare molds for production processes
- Perform setups, changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
- Conduct tooling changes on machines
- Inspect produced parts to ensure they are free from damage
- Maintain a high level of mechanical ability to keep machines running smoothly
- Experience in machine operating
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate multiple machines at one time
- Capability to wear a respirator
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with mold machines, general production, unloading, inspection, repair, and forklift operation

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes a large manufacturing facility with over 400 employees. It is a hot environment, and specific PPE is required and provided by the company. There is some overtime available, typically amounting to 45 hours in this role. Training will be provided for the first 12 weeks on the first shift, after which the position will move to the designated shift. This is a non-union position.
