Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems in a stamping and welded assembly plant. The role involves dismantling defective machines and equipment, installing new or repaired parts, and handling electrical apparatus up to 400 vac and 800 amps. The technician will also be responsible for repairing automated machinery and equipment, including robots.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 vac and 800 amps, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair automated machinery and equipment, including robots.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with robots, particularly Fanuc robots.
  • Proficiency in maintenance repair, robot programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of HMI, Allen-Bradley, and PLC programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with robot maintenance and programming.
