Job Title: Electronics PCB Quality Technician

Location: Madison, AL

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4-10s (4 ten-hour shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics PCB Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) using X-ray equipment to identify defects and ensure high-quality standards are met. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring that they meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform X-ray inspections of PCBs to identify defects such as voids, misalignments, and soldering issues.
  • Document findings and report defects to the production team.
  • Ensure that all boards meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and test results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with PCB inspection or quality control is preferred.
  • Familiarity with X-ray inspection equipment and techniques is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small defects.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and PCB assembly processes.
  • Ability to follow strict safety protocols.
