Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProgram Assistant needed - Project work opportunity till mid 2025 or longer.

Awesome work environment Set schedule, M-F 8-5.
* Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
* Answer questions and provide information to the public;
* Recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints;
* Disseminate information to various national and local organizations concerning child care projects;
* Participate in budget preparation and administration;
* Prepare cost estimates for budget recommendations;
* Monitor and control expenditures;
* Offer technical assistance and information to individuals interested in becoming licensed child care providers;
* Refer individuals seeking child care to providers;
* Monitor and distribute child care subsidies.

~ Highly desired: Experience with child development history, working with children, or intake experience for a socially funded program.

~ A 2 yr degree, or credits towards child development or a related field are required.
