Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and bilingual in Spanish and English? Join our dynamic team and help us manage essential HR functions while supporting our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Register fingerprints in ADP
  • Track new hires and terminations
  • Approve and adjust PTO requests
  • Manage employee schedules
  • Handle wage increases and missed punches
  • Complete I-9 forms for new employees
  • Conduct file audits and track attendance
  • Implement disciplinary actions
  • Process payroll
  • Conduct orientation sessions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with Lark/ADP is a plus

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range:

  • Entry Level: $21 - $23 per hour
  • Experienced: $23 - $25 per hour
