Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and managing an online contract mailbox, ensuring timely responses and actions.
• Conducting brief legal research using legal tracker to verify contract history.
• Assisting in the implementation and management of a new system, Service Now.
• Scanning and organizing documents, and assisting with overflow work.
• Communicating effectively with team members across different locations.
• Showing initiative and proactivity in daily tasks without constant supervision.
• Playing a significant role in the implementation of a new matter intake system.
• Transferring and entering data accurately and efficiently.
• Opening new matters and handling matter intake.
• Exercising high attention to detail when dealing with legal documents.
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Answering Inbound Calls, Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, Inbound Outbound Calls.
• Ability to Schedule Appointments and manage tasks using MS Office.• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Experience with email correspondence and electronic communication
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
