Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview:
We are looking for a dedicated Contract Attorney to support our client's department on a contractor basis, with the potential to go permanent. This position involves providing legal assistance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, ideally in a corporate setting, and be capable of managing various legal tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization. This role offers a hybrid schedule.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist with day-to-day legal tasks as they arise.
  • Support contract administrator functions, including documentation and organization of contract files.
  • Collaborate with other corporate counsel functions as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding legal matters.
 
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing.
  • Proven experience in contract law and legal analysis.
  • Experience in an in-house, corporate setting (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compensation: $50-70/hr

Pay Details: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour
