Position Overview:

The Maintenance Reliability Engineer is tasked with enhancing the operational reliability of process and packaging systems. This role focuses on improving overall equipment effectiveness through effective maintenance planning, problem-solving, machine analysis, technical training, and the application of predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with process engineering, training, and operations teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for Operator Based Maintenance, including skills matrices and competency assessments.
  • Assist in creating design and installation specifications and commissioning plans to ensure equipment reliability and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of equipment, technical MRO suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
  • Oversee the final inspection of new installations, including factory and site acceptance testing to ensure compliance with functional specifications.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and control systems.
  • Systematically define, design, develop, monitor, and refine asset maintenance plans, including value-added preventive maintenance tasks and predictive testing methodologies.
