Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Braner Aluminum Slitter Operator & Set-up professional. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and setup of slitting machines, manipulating various control panels and instrumentation data to ensure precise slitting. You will load and align aluminum coils within proper setting tolerances, troubleshoot control panels, set up slitters to the proper width, and prepare the slitting line for material processing. Additionally, you will perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer needs, band coils, and move them to designated areas. Maintenance, lubrication, and repair of the slitter/CTL will also be part of your duties.

This is a fully on-site position in Gardena, California.

Work Environment

Manufacturing in North Gardena with over 40 roll forming machines. There is no current maintenance technician, and candidates can be considered if they have some kind of manufacturing experience. The role involves making screen frames that go to customers and coil bending.
