Location: Parsippany, NJ
Salary: starting at $60,000

Role Highlights:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent

• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive, inclusive environment

• Compliance & Policy: Oversee policy updates, HR compliance, and maintain accurate HR records

• Benefits & Payroll Support: Address employee questions, ensuring smooth payroll and benefits processes

• HR Projects: Partner on initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and organizational culture

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in an HR Generalist or similar role, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.

• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset

• Knowledge: Familiarity with HR laws and best practices to support a compliant workplace

• Culture Fit: Team player with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for people
