Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders with experience in MIG/TIG welding. Ideal candidates will have pulse welding experience, though it is not mandatory. We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and pulse welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding procedures.
• Fabricate and weld parts according to specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to complete projects on time.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of welding experience.
• 6+ months of blueprint reading experience.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to perform welding in a variety of positions and settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of pulse welding experience (preferred).
• Experience with flux core and stainless steel welding.
• Ability to use wire feed welding techniques.
• Experience in an agricultural or industrial setting is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is a combination of indoor and outdoor settings that are not climate controlled. The role requires wearing steel toe boots and jeans, with the option to wear short sleeves. The 1st shift runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including mandatory overtime on Fridays and optional overtime on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The 2nd shift runs Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with the same optional overtime on Saturdays.
