As a Quoting Specialist you will:
- Builds estimate, and prices circuit card assemblies at a level that keeps our products competitive and maximizes profit.
- Works together with multiple departments (i.e., engineering, quality, sales) as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times.
- Follows up on quotations and modifies quotes as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay Rate is $27-30/hr
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Having functional competence and a basic understanding of electronic assembly manufacturing process or production environment is a plus.
- Familiar with semiconductor and passive electronic components is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate for best pricing when needed.
- Strong understanding of Excel.
- Must have an analytical and process-driven approach with a high attention to detail.
- Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision within specified time frames
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and external suppliers through multiple means such as email and telephone.
- Ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
