Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm to 03:00AM. This position offers an hourly wage plus a shift differential. The ideal candidate will perform various warehouse activities including loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and put-away.

Responsibilities
  • Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
  • Fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct put-away tasks and organize warehouse inventory.
  • Ensure all products are free from damage, infestation, and correctly labeled with unique identifiers (part numbers, batches, etc.).
  • Report any shortages, overages, or damages on appropriate forms.
  • Efficiently stack and store products in a manner that prevents damage.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area, following company housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to and maintain company GDPs and Food Safety standards.
Essential Skills
  • Proven forklift operating experience.
  • Experience with inventory management and material handling.
  • Proficient in using RF scanners.
  • Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory practices.
  • Experience with order picking and loading.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
